a) Purchase advice

• When buying an estate, our agency will check the deed of the seller's property at the land registry to make sure the property is free of mortgages or claims from third parties, (Physical or legal ones).

• We will provide you with all the legal documentation that is required for the purchase of your property.

• By allocating power to our Agency, you can instruct us sign the contract in your absence.

b) Property related cost:

• Approximately 7%-9 % of all associated taxes for the plots & 11% - 13% for houses.

• Minimal lawyer and Notary fees (1 % - 2%)

• Service connections & Eka.

c) Payment stages of the house construction.

1. A none refundable deposit of 5,000 euros will reserve the property.

2. Upon the signing of the contract, total value of the plot less the deposit is required.

3. Upon the signing of the contract of he house construction 40 % is required.

4. When the plastering is completed, a further 40% is required.

5. The final 20% is required upon completion and before hand over.
